They exceeded our expectations and did the little things (like cleaned up each day when they left) that made the whole installation a good experience. Chris Bain was a very professional person to deal with on this project at our lake house. They were highly recommend by several people in the area. John the service man that came out was very congenial and honest about our old system. Chris came, gave us a proposal for replacing the unit, put the unit in without us having to be there, and we were able to pay him over the phone that afternoon. They put the unit in, cleaned up and hauled everything off. Excellent and very trustworthy people to do the job!
