These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website, which is operated by Bain Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. ("Bain," "we," "us"), an Alabama corporation located at 1084 Co Rd 204, Heflin, AL 36264, holding Alabama HVAC license AL #12072. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. This site provides information about our heating, cooling, and indoor air quality services, and lets you request service, ask questions, and apply for open positions. Service Information Is Not Professional Advice

Content on this site is general information about HVAC systems and our services. It is not a substitute for an on-site professional diagnosis of your equipment. Your system's actual condition can only be confirmed by a technician at your home. Do not rely on website content to make repair decisions that need a professional inspection.

Estimates, Scheduling, and Service Work

Submitting a form or calling us starts a conversation. It does not create a binding contract for service. Final pricing, offer eligibility, and scheduling are confirmed by our team before any work begins. Completed repairs carry a 30-day labor warranty. Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer under the manufacturer's own terms.

Promotions and Pricing

Promotions, discounts, and prices shown on this site can change and may carry conditions, such as service area or equipment type. A promotion applies only when our team confirms your job qualifies. If a listed price conflicts with a written quote from our office, the written quote controls.

Financing

Financing is offered through GoodLeap, a third-party provider. If you apply, the application happens on GoodLeap's own website under GoodLeap's terms and privacy policy. Approval, rates, and terms are determined solely by GoodLeap, not by Bain Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.. We do not receive or store your financing application data.

Communications and Consent

When you submit a form, you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone or email. Text messages are separate: we only text you if you check the optional SMS consent box, and you can stop at any time by replying STOP. How we collect, use, and protect your information, including your California privacy rights and how to opt out of analytics cookies, is covered in our Privacy Policy and its Your Privacy Choices section.
